The history of SZTÁV
SZTÁV Adult Education Ltd.’s more than half-century history began in 1972 in Budapest. The company was founded with the aim of providing unique solutions to the ever-changing needs of the industry, promoting quality development work, thus guaranteeing the high quality of international and domestic training projects.
We see the fundamental challenge of our adult education company in the renewal process launched in Hungary in 2019, from which the winner will be that adult education company ehich can provide the most accurate response to the dynamically changing needs of employers, and thus adapt a training and knowledge transfer to the specificities of production in the most optimal way, without any extra energy and time. We see this as the future of our company, hoping to earn and keep the satisfaction of our partners and participants.
Our institution places great emphasis on optimising the time spent in training. We know that professional training and learning is rewarding for both employer and employee if it is effectively implemented and applied in the shortest possible time. We strive to provide marketable knowledge, skills and, of course, the qualifications to match, with the greatest flexibility, within the limits set by the legislation. For us, the profession is not only a choice for the duration of an active life, but also an opportunity, offering flexible and individual development solutions for all life stages and situations. This is one of the ways in which we feel a social responsibility to help pave the way for individual lives.
We are proud that over the past 10 years, nearly 45 000 people have gained qualifications at our company.
For more than 50 years, our company has been a major market and professional player in the field of vocational and adult education. We work to ensure that our partners are fully equipped with the skills and other conditions necessary to pass their exams and become successful professionals. We do not prepare our participants to obtain a certificate, we teach them a profession.
Our quality assurance system, introduced in 1999, is the basis of our operations and is constantly being improved. Our information and customer service system allows us to meet all the needs of our participants.
